Really should of read reviews on trust pilot before I ordered, was in a rush to order quickly for next day and didn’t really think about, so wished I did.
Their customer service is shocking, infact it’s worse. Read the returns policy for what it’s worth. My board failed within 7 days, started to turn on & off by own accord, motor was shaking, one point I couldn’t turn the thing off and had to leave it in the garage because of the German Bluetooth voice start-up sound is so loud.. this board is dangerous, after a while I managed to get the company to collect item, after that they went quite, promised on several occasions to send replacement, when I asked for refund they refused so now it’s in the hands of trading standards, Birmingham and probably send mail to watchdog too... do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else, this company has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. If you board works great but if it fails then you got real problems, ask them before you buy..
I heard good words from a friend about UK Segboards Hoverboard Company. a few weeks later I was looking to buy a Segway for my son's birthday, finally, I placed an order of Hoverboard having Bluetooth and Chrome Coating. the courier arrived after 2 days.
